End-User License Agreement
Effective date: September 2, 2026
This End-User License Agreement governs the Clover Business Data Hub, a private internal application operated by Clover Airsoft, LLC.
Purpose and authorized use
The application is licensed solely for authorized internal use by Clover Airsoft, LLC to connect its own QuickBooks Online company, retrieve accounting reports and financial information, reconcile business activity, and prepare internal management reporting. It is not offered, sublicensed, or made available to third-party businesses or consumers.
License restrictions
Users may not share application credentials, provide unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, use the application for unlawful purposes, or use it to access a QuickBooks company without authorization. Access is limited to personnel expressly approved by Clover Airsoft, LLC.
QuickBooks access
The application initially operates on a read-only basis. It will not intentionally create, modify, or delete QuickBooks accounting records. Authorization may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online or by contacting Clover Airsoft, LLC.
Ownership and third-party services
The application and its configuration are owned by Clover Airsoft, LLC. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Clover Airsoft, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms.
Availability and liability
The application is provided for internal business reporting without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Financial outputs must be reviewed against the official QuickBooks Online records before tax filings, financial statements, lending decisions, or other material reliance.
Termination
Clover Airsoft, LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon disconnection, stored access credentials will be revoked or deleted in accordance with the application's privacy policy and applicable record-retention obligations.
